This is a personal interest item for me, as last time I got my water rates, it said $1700!!! We figured out that it was a problem with leaky pipes out on the road, therefore councils expense not mine. But the buggers still tried to get me to pay for it!
Anyhow...it just proves the Telecom ad wrong...water is NOT free.
