The court official responsible for banning a Bikini clad gardener in the UK has quit after being found in a sauna parlour wearing nothing but a towel. The Glasgow sauna was raided by police investigating a prostitution racket. Sheriff Hugh Neilson told the officers he was only there 'to have a shave'. Sheriff Neilson resigned after two senior judges began an investigation into his fitness for office."
