Fittie

A term used for describing a person as good looking.

It is not commonly used between the same gender (unless you are The Mistress and then you'll use it to describe the same sex if you damn well choose to).

The opposite of this is commonly butterz.

I think Mila Jovovich is a fittie in The Fifth Element.
